Anand tells UN that Canada seeks 'strategic autonomy,' relies on civil debate

OTTAWA — Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand says Canada's foreign policy is guided by establishing autonomy in strategic fields to limit superpower coercion, along with aspirations to lead middle powers.
