Liberals block hearings on Gordie Howe bridge deal as government MP admits confusion

OTTAWA — Liberal MPs have blocked parliamentary hearings aimed at clarifying what the Carney government promised U.S. President Donald Trump to get the Gordie Howe International Bridge opened.
