Quebec Premier calls cabinet meeting ahead of tariffs

MONTREAL — Quebec Premier Christine Fréchette has called a special cabinet meeting for Monday, putting her election campaign on hold one day before Canadian retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods are set to take effect.
